Shipping
Once you place your order, we’ll arrange and ship it promptly, usually within three days.
Free gifts
Every yoyo order includes the following complimentary gifts:
ONE string*10 (random), Curved bearing*1, Pads (random) *1, Signed photo card*1.
If your order includes two or more yoyos, each yoyo will come with its own set of complimentary gifts.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
